Edit Post
After Constant hours of work, finally sanded it all back to bare metal.
Now for the priming..
Started priming the roof just before the sun started to go down, wanted to get at least the primer on before the end of the day.
Next morning, gave the primer coat a sand and started with the paint..
Sanded the paint down a bit so it was smooth. now ready for another coat when the shitty weather decides to clear up

Started Respraying the car in Matt Black

Edit Post
Finally decided to do something about the shitty paint work on the car. I didn't want to go all out on the the paint as i want the car pretty much to be a sleeper. So i figured matt black paint from a car would be alright.
Here's what I have been using to respray the car panel by panel at a time.
- 3M Enamel Primer
- 3M Acrylic Matt Black
- Also assorted Wet/Dry sandpaper mainly 400grit, 1200 grit and whatever else is lying around.
- Sander with 80grit pads for the bare metal respray parts
Started the Bonnet, gotta hand it to panel beaters, removing rust from steal is a bitch!
Heres some random pics of how its going, not all of them are in order

New Clutch!

Edit Post
Clutch started to slip a couple of weeks ago, so it needed replacing.
So i ordered a Exedy heavy duty cushion button clutch and within about 5hrs, it arrived. hows that for delivery!.
This isnt the actual image of the clutch, i didnt have my camera on me when i picked it up. But looks the same.
The old clutch was that worn down that it was wearing down on the flywheel and scratched it, so I had to get the flywheel machined too.

First Small Project, Spraying the old Wheels

Edit Post
So Ive decided to keep the original wheels that came with the car for now.
I attempted to polish one of the wheels, although it came out alright, it also took me about 4 hours to get just one of them done. With not much difference between the polish wheel and the originals besides the mirror finish, I decided to pain them instead.
